Project Update: 4500 Leeds Avenue Industrial Redevelopment

We’re proud to partner with Green Dock Partners on the transformation of 4500 Leeds Avenue in North Charleston—a strategic redevelopment that’s converting a former Cummins engine testing facility into a state-of-the-art industrial warehouse.

Project Highlights:

40,000 SF pre-engineered metal building
2.50 acres of laydown yard
28′ clear height with two loading docks and four drive-in doors
Strategic location: 0.5 miles to I-526, prime access to Port of Charleston terminals
M-2 Heavy Industrial zoning for maximum flexibility

Our design-build approach is enabling an accelerated timeline from demolition through delivery, with completion targeted for Q1 2026. By reimagining underutilized industrial sites, we’re creating turnkey solutions that expand capacity in North Charleston’s premier logistics corridor.
