Partnering with Capital Development Partners and Stockbridge, a real estate investment management firm, BEHKO successfully delivered 300,000 square feet of premier logistics space strategically positioned to serve one of the nation’s fastest-growing port markets.
This milestone project consists of two 150,000-square-foot buildings situated on a combined 30 acres just off Veterans Parkway, offering high visibility and direct access. The facilities are strategically located to provide exceptional regional and national distribution connectivity, positioned just 2.5 miles from I-516, 3 miles from HWY 204, 4 miles from I-16, 8 miles from I-95, and 5 miles from Savannah Ocean Terminal.
BEHKO’s design-build approach delivered adaptable, Class A infrastructure engineered to support the operational needs of a wide range of industries. These tenant-ready facilities were designed with operational flexibility at the forefront, capable of accommodating distribution, assembly, and service-based operations while enhancing supply chain and logistics capabilities for businesses throughout the region.
