Totaling approximately 100,000 square-feet, this expansion will serve Neal Brothers’ increasing need for storage and distribution space. The new building will be located inside Stark Industrial Park in North Charleston, with convenient access to Charleston International Airport and the South Carolina Ports Authority Terminals via near access to both I-526 and I-26.
Constructed of concrete tilt-up walls and structural steel framing, the facility will be equipped with ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinklers, energy-efficient LED lighting, and 60mil TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) membrane roofs.
Construction is expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2023.
