BEHKO Group has worked with Symrise planners to develop capital investment budgets including design and facility upgrades.

This project in the Bushy Park Industrial Complex was a design-build project started in February 2016 and finished in August 2018. BEHKO Group provided structural engineering design services and served as the General Contractor. Some highlights from the project include concrete precast pile foundations, hot-dipped galvanized structural steel frame, and a highly coordinated erection process to accommodate equipment delivery and installation. This building also touts a fully removable roof for equipment replacement or repair.
