With over 10 years of experience leading complex commercial construction projects across the Southeast, David brings a proven track record of disciplined execution, financial control, and stakeholder alignment that strengthens BEHKO’s capacity to deliver Bold Excellence on every project.
David’s career has been defined by his ability to lead high-stakes projects from concept through completion. His expertise spans ground-up construction, design-build execution, and large-scale redevelopment initiatives across retail, industrial, multi-use, and medical sectors.
Prior to joining BEHKO, David served as Project Manager at WDS Construction, DooleyMack, and National Maintenance, where he built a reputation for driving predictable outcomes through transparent communication and proactive risk management.

David earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University, where he developed the financial acumen and strategic thinking that would become hallmarks of his project management approach.
