Story by Chris Beaudin / February 4, 2026

Our team reached another significant milestone this week at the 4500 Leeds Ave project with the installation of the building envelope now in progress. This visible progress demonstrates the effectiveness of our integrated design-build approach and the importance of early partner collaboration.

Kirby Building Systems, our pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) manufacturer, has been engaged from the earliest stages of the project. Their early involvement has proven invaluable – strengthening coordination throughout the design phase, enabling a more efficient construction schedule, and laying the groundwork for seamless field execution.

The building envelope installation represents a critical phase in the project timeline, transforming the structural framework into an enclosed, weather-tight facility. With our design-build methodology and strategic partnerships like the one with Kirby Building Systems, we continue to deliver projects that meet our clients’ goals for quality, schedule, and budget.
